Designer Bertjan Pot plays with the design of traditional Japanese paper lanterns by giving this lamp a boxy shape and a diagonal detail on each side. The Paper Cube Table Lamp stands on four short metal legs and is small enough to live on your dresser or as the main light on your bedside table, and is a great source of ambient light in your living room. The shade of the HAY Paper Cube Table Lamp is made from recycled PET bottles, while the base is varnished beech wood with TPE rubber feet that prevent sliding. It uses an LED E12 bulb (included) 5-8W (max. 8W), 500-800lm, 2700-3000K warm white. The Paper Cube Lamp measures 12h x 9w x 9"d and is powered by standard plug-in. Both that lamp’s manufacturer HAY and Bertjan Pot are represented in MoMA’s collection; Bertjan by a chair he co-designed with Marcel Wanders.
