This rare poster was produced in 1981 to promote a retrospective exhibition in Saint Louis of Pop artist Roy Lichtenstein’s work from the period of 1970–1980. Lichtenstein’s artwork is represented in MoMA’s collection. This poster is in good vintage condition, mounted with a mat in a thin black aluminum frame. Wired for hanging. The poster is unmounted and archivally framed without glue or tape to avoid possible damage to the paper. Framing includes 99.9% UV acrylic glazing to protect from UV damage. Framed with acid-free foamcore backing to secure poster in frame. The framed poster measures 25.5 x 35”. Returns not accepted. Extremely limited quantities.
