For the Traits Agate Scarf designer Barbara Platte was inspired by French artist Henri Matisse’s “cut-outs” body of work which is represented in MoMA’s collection and was the focus of a previous exhibition. Made in France from 90% cotton and 10% silk, this soft, cozy accessory was produced using eco-friendly methods. It features patterns created through traditional jacquard weaves and innovative textile design, displaying a playful approach to both colors and graphics. The Traits Cotton-Silk Agate Scarf measures 70.87l x 19.69"w. Dry clean only.
Founded in 2000 by Barbara Platte, Paris-based Traits focuses on the design, production and marketing of original textile accessories.
